Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your bracelet ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days after your order ships. Each HONGYUN bracelet is crafted and shipped with care from our workshop. We appreciate your patience — your stone is on its way to you.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your bracelet's journey.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
